By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and must comply with applicable law.

The site is a corporate and informational resource for prospective users, business partners, the press, and other visitors. It does not itself provide a Forgevid subscription or distribute an ERCAN GAMES title.

Our products, app stores, and third-party services linked from the site are governed by separate terms and policies.

While you comply with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable permission to view the site for personal, internal, or business informational purposes.

Unless we give written permission or mandatory law provides otherwise, this permission does not allow resale, commercial reproduction, distribution, modification, derivative works, or public republication of site content.

You may not use the site unlawfully, harmfully, or in a way that threatens the security or availability of our systems.

• Fraud, malware, spam, harassment, or content and activity that violates another party’s rights.
• Unauthorized access, bypassing safeguards, vulnerability scanning, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to overload the site.
• Unauthorized scraping, crawling, data mining, or automated extraction, except legitimate search indexing that follows robots.txt.
• Copying, framing, mirroring, republishing, or removing proprietary notices without permission.
• Impersonating a person or organization or misrepresenting an affiliation.

The site’s text, designs, images, logos, software, code, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to ERCAN TECHNOLOGY LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws in the United States and other jurisdictions.

Ercan Technology, ERCAN GAMES, Forgevid, and related logos are company trade names or marks. They may not be used without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You are responsible for information you send through our contact channels and represent that you may lawfully provide it. Do not submit unauthorized confidential information, harmful code, or unlawful material.

If you voluntarily send product or site ideas, you allow us to use that feedback worldwide and indefinitely without payment or another obligation to you, while personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

The site may link to product sites, app stores, or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security, or practices. Review their terms and policies before using them.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or correction of every defect.

Any non-waivable consumer warranty or other mandatory right available under local law remains unaffected.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the company and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site.

Where a monetary cap is legally permitted, our total liability connected with the site and these terms will not exceed USD 100. Mandatory law applies where liability for negligence, consumer rights, or another matter cannot be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to protect the company and its officers from claims, reasonable costs, and losses arising from your use of the site, your submissions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes must be brought in a court of competent state or federal jurisdiction in New Mexico.

This provision does not remove non-waivable consumer or procedural rights available where you live.

We may revise these terms when the site or law changes. A revision takes effect when the updated version and date are posted. Continued site use after that date means you accept the current terms.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
