Privacy Policy

ERCAN TECHNOLOGY LLC is a United States limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico. Our registered office is in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

This policy applies only to the corporate website at ercantechnology.com. ERCAN GAMES titles, the Forgevid application, and third-party platforms linked from this site are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

We limit collection to information needed to operate the site and communicate with you. Depending on your interaction, we may process the following information.

• Contact information: your name, email address, selected topic, and message when you choose to contact us.
• Form delivery information: secure form submissions are verified by a same-origin Cloudflare Pages Function. Cloudflare Turnstile performs spam verification, and verified messages are delivered to the relevant corporate address through the Google Workspace Gmail API.
• Technical and security logs: Cloudflare may process limited edge data such as IP address, access time, requested resource, user-agent, Turnstile verification result, and security events. Message bodies are not written to application logs.
• Language and home-page routing: on root home-page requests, Cloudflare’s valid two-letter country code derived from the IP address selects /tr/ for Türkiye and /en/ for other known countries; /tr/ is used when the country code is missing or invalid. Explicit /tr/ and /en/ addresses are not changed by location. The application does not create a language-preference cookie; any legacy et-locale cookie from the previous version is ignored for routing and deleted on the next root home-page request. The application does not write the IP address to a cookie or store form content in cookies.
• Aggregate usage measurements: when Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it may provide cookieless aggregate measurements such as page views, referrers, and general device type.

We use information to answer messages, evaluate a potential business relationship at your request, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse and attacks, understand site performance, and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on appropriate grounds such as steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate business and security interests, compliance with law, or consent where it is required.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as needed to trusted providers or when required by law.

• Google Workspace: delivery of verified form messages through the Gmail API, storage in the corporate mailbox, and response handling.
• Cloudflare: edge delivery, Pages Function form processing, Turnstile spam verification, security, limited access logs, and cookieless web measurement when enabled.
• Sanity: website content management. Content is read during the build process, and contact messages are not submitted to Sanity.
• Authorities or transaction parties: when necessary to answer a valid legal request, protect rights, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

We are based in the United States. Google, Cloudflare, and other providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Those countries may provide different privacy protections from your home jurisdiction.

Where transfer restrictions apply, we use recognized safeguards as appropriate, such as provider data-protection terms, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

We retain contact-form messages and related reply threads in corporate Google Workspace mailboxes for 90 days from submission. At the end of that period, the employee responsible for administering the Google Workspace mailboxes deletes those records unless an applicable legal-retention duty or an ongoing dispute requires longer retention.

Cloudflare technical and security records are retained for limited periods under provider settings and our security needs. Any legacy et-locale cookie from the previous version is ignored for routing and deleted on the next root home-page request; you may remove it sooner in browser settings.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, restricted access, data minimization, Cloudflare edge security, and established service providers. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on your location and whether a law applies to us, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or port your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. Certain U.S. state laws may also provide a right not to be discriminated against for using a privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to process.

Send requests to privacy@ercantechnology.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may request limited verification to protect your information and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available where you live.

The corporate site is intended for a general business and professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. Where local law sets a higher age threshold, we observe that threshold. Contact privacy@ercantechnology.com if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.

Our application code does not create advertising, cross-site tracking, behavioral profiling, or language-preference cookies. Any first-party et-locale cookie left by the previous version is ignored for routing and deleted on the next root home-page request. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar identifiers for security, while Web Analytics provides cookieless aggregate measurement when enabled.

You can review or remove cookies and site data through your browser settings. If our practices change, we will update this policy and introduce any required choices before the new processing begins.

We may revise this policy when our practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will appear here with a revised date, and we will provide additional notice when appropriate for a material change.
